Lovely frames , buying myself another pair soon !

Brilliant service and product!

Got a pair of Bose Alto frames from their Brent Cross store and they are brilliant, sound quality is excellent and they are really comfortable.

I went onto get prescription lenses made to replace the existing tinted type , and that, unfortunately, is another story, but that bears no reflection on Bose.

Well done guys, keep it up!

Product is great but delivery is rubbish!

Ordered items that were promised as Christmas delivery but after making enquiries as to why I had not been sent delivery information was told delivery would be 30th December. On 30th December delivery between 10-2pm was promised but had not arrived by 2.50 and no update received. Queried with Bose (as UPS do not have live tracking information) to be told “hopefully it’ll arrive in a day or 2”!

Oh dear Bose

Oh dear Bose. Great product and a well known quality brand but if your delivery can’t be trusted you need to make changes. Like put someone who cares in charge of uploading address when sending to UpS. Like previous review said, Bose (who admitted their fault) failed to include my house name so UpS then spent most of the week deciding they couldn’t deliver it and parcel now held up in a depot. Rang Bose who said ‘their back office’ (filled me with dread) would update my details to UPS within 48 hours!!!!! The parcel is only down the road! A quick email and presumably it could be delivered in time for husband’s birthday. Not good. Rang UPs myself who have updated it but system needs to update now.... BOSE if you value your UK customer base who spend hundreds /thousands of pounds per order either sort you admin out or use a courier with a bit more about them who would have resolved this themselves without driving the parcel around for 3 days before realising they couldn’t deliver. Poor poor poor.



Bose has a simple mission: think of better solutions, create better products, help people enjoy the things they love. Everything they do supports this mission and points them forward. It started when Dr. Bose founded the company in 1964 and continues today with innovative, passionate employees around the globe.


For the reviews I have posted above, there was no reply from Bose due to the fact that they cant reply on that platform. On the Bose Community page however, there is a plethera of information and responses to customers inquiries which seem to have about a 90% success rate.


If I was the Bose CEO, I would reply to all of the customers I could trying the best I could in the greatest detail possible to help them if they have a problem or to answer any questions they may have.


I learned that a company can be amazing in one aspect, but completely flop in others. In Bose's case, their quality of headphones and speakers is on-par, but their shipping and customer care is lacking.
