About Me: Greg

 

Hello, My name is Greg. i am the third of five children in my family. Currently, I am at LBCC in my second year to obtain my degree in Business Administration. I am from a military family, so I've been around a bit. I was born here in Oregon, but my dad was stationed in Yuma AZ promptly after. from there, I lived in Arizona til I was 5, then we moved again to North Carolina. My dad retired in 2010, and we stayed there until 2017 when we moved back to Lebanon.

I am taking this course because its a required course, but I also want to learn how to start up my own business. Ive always thought of cool ways to make some extra money, such as phone repair, Concessions, or even just owning a couple vending machines around town. Those types of businesses are very interesting to me, and id love to learn more about the fundimentals.

I would like to know the foundations of marketing. I want to learn about the basics on how a business is started, and I would like to learn how to advance a business in growth.

Outside of school, I do a couple things. I love to fly, I am currently getting my private license and will use that to advance into commercial work. I used to live on the east coast and I love the beaches there. The beaches here are also very pretty, but the east coast in NC is much warmer. Outside of my business classes, I also partake in the stock market with trades and some investments.
